齐霄霏，博士，教授，博士生导师，山西大学数学与统计学院院长助理，中国计算机学会量子计算专业组执行委员，山西省数学会监事会监事长，主要研究方向为算子理论与算子代数、量子信息。
近年来，先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、省部级项目4项；在JFA、PRA、IEOT、《中国科学》等国际国内重要学术刊物上发表学术论文130余篇；获山西省自然科学二等奖1项（排名第二）；主讲的《数学分析》课程被认定为山西省一流课程。
