高利珍，博士，教授，博士生导师，山西大学化学化工学院院长，中国发明协会理事、中国环境学会理事、山西省化学会理事、山西省环境学会理事，山西省专家学者协会教育分会副会长。主要研究方向为碳材料化学、多相催化、锂离子电池、环境材料等。
近年来，先后主持中央引导地方发展基金等项目3项、省部级项目5项；在Journal of Catalysis， Applied Catalysis B,Journal of Colloid and Interface Science，Chinese Chemical Letters，《化学学报》等国际国内重要学术刊物和会议上发表学术论文200余篇；获澳大利亚科技进步二等奖等。博士学位论文获1992年全国优秀论文奖。
